Tijani Appointed As Confluence Queens New Team Manager
Published: January 09, 2015The management of Kogi Football Teams led by Mallam Abdul Adama has promoted Ibrahim Tijani from his position as Secretary of Kogi United to Team Manager of Confluence Queens.
Tijani, who has been with Kogi United since 2013, succeeds Owolabi David in the role at the NWPL side and sources claims the move is in recognition of his efforts.
He graduated from Kogi State University in 2010.
Some prominent stakeholders of the women’s game in the Confluence State were also thought to be in the running for the demanding job.
Reliable sources told allnigeriasoccer.com on Thursday that the man who is well known for his diction and historical facts is expected to be unveiled on Friday 9th January at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium.
