Supreme Court Squad Set For Wikki Revenge
Published: July 15, 2014As the Nigeria National League (NNL) matches resume after one month of no-show due to the just concluded World Cup campaign, Supreme Court FC of Abuja have vowed to battle hard in the remaining fixtures of the current season in a bid to remain top contenders.
The Apex Boys who returned from a training tour where the players were exposed to vital football rudiments expressed their readiness to confront table toppers, Wikki Tourist of Bauchi when they come knocking at the Area 3 Play Ground in Abuja on Wednesday.
New-looking Captain of Supreme Court FC, Edoka Owoicho stressed “I can assure our fans that we are much ready to confront any team. We are well motivated. The management of the club have spent so much in making sure we are exposed.
“The quality of our technical crew has also helped us a lot. At the moment, we lack nothing. We are only focused on what we are meant to do which is to play every game as if the final match that we need to play.”
With 12 matches to go, Supreme Court FC’s Technical Adviser, Fatai Osho said there was no cause for alarm as the Abuja-based leading club side are poised for better times ahead.
He added “with all honesty, I can tell you that we are not leaving anything to chance. Every department of our team has been fortified to give the best. The players are in the right frame of mind to get results.”
