Isaac Itodo Delighted To Score Again
Published: May 16, 2014
New Supreme Court acquisition Isaac Itodo was delighted to net his second goal in as many games, after his second half effort on Thursday assisted the Abuja based side defeat Jigawa Golden Stars 2 - 0 at the Old Parade Ground.
Itodo also registered his name on the score - sheet four days back when he featured against Kwara United in a tricky match which saw the Abuja-based team overcome their opponents with a marginal 2-1 victory.
“I’m happy to score again. I want to thank my coaches for giving me the opportunity to play for the club.
“My target is to score in every match I play and by the grace of God, we will keep doing our best until the team gets the Premier League ticket,” the forward said.
The Apex Boys, who have 22 points in the kitty after 15 rounds of games, resume training on Monday ahead of their meeting with Kwara United on May 24 in Ilorin.
