Stephen Keshi : The Atmosphere Is Good
Published: September 05, 2013Super Eagles manager Stephen Keshi said the squad is fully focused for the crucial World Cup qualifying match against Malawi in Calabar on Saturday, September 7.
Just few weeks ago, the Malawi Federation complained to the game's governing body Fifa to change the venue because of security concerns.
Also, the two gaffers - Stephen Keshi and Tom Saintfiet - were involved in a row, with the later declaring that he was racially abused by the Nigeria coach.
'' The good thing here is that the atmosphere is good and concentration level is high and I just hope it stays that way and the whatever external influence is out there, we’ll seal it off and make sure it doesn’t get here because we are good and ready to roll,'' Keshi said to brilafm.net.
The Malawi delegation, who arrived Nigeria on Thursday, will be accommodated at Dannic Hotel.
