Gloria Ofoegbu Delighted With Falcons Call Up

Rivers Angels full back and former Falconets skipper Gloria Ofoegbu was full of joy after she was called up by interim boss Edwin
Okon for the exhibition games against Japan next month.
Gloria Ofoegbu and 39 other players were instructed to arrive Serob Legacy Hotel,Abuja on Tuesday, and says she is pleased with the invitation.
'' Of course, I am very happy to be given the chance to represent my country. I am also very happy 13 of my Rivers Angels teammates were invited, so there won't be problem of bonding.
'' Regardless of the fact that only home based players have been invited, we will do our best in both games against Japan.
'' We can send a message to other countries that the Falcons are to be feared and respected if we defeat Japan,'' Ofoegbu said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The matches against Japan, currently ranked 3rd in the world, will be played on September 22 and 26.
